ADDITIONAL ITEMS

I have an extensive knowledge in a variety of topics. If I see something that appears to be 'off ', I will point this out in the edit. Any minor use of a common Western European language (includes Afrikaans) does not incur any extra fee if I notice an error.

Any notes or comments in the edited document allow the author to determine if their research is accurate. This YOUR book. There are often valid reasons for why an author uses a particular phrase, word, or grammatical inconsistency. Ultimately, it is your book, and YOU decide whether to accept any change or edit made in the manuscript.

Miscellaneous Payment Information

Large manuscripts or works that are relatively free of typographical errors may enable the negotiation of a reduction of the editing fee. This is on a case by case basis, and subject to an initial review of the work.

Dependent on my schedule, jobs of 400 pages or less are generally completed within 24 to 72 HOURS. Manuscripts requiring extensive editing may take up to a week. A time frame for completion of work will be included with the final quote for the job.

TESTIMONIALS

"Thanks so much for such a terrific line editing job on HIS MISTRESS. I can't believe the typos I missed, and your comments for me to check my French wording was immensely helpful. I feel confident the book is ready for publication and readers will enjoy a well-edited read."  -- Monica Burns, Bestselling Author
